With bulk hair (loose hair for braiding), shedding is completely dependent on the installation method. Because the hair isn’t sewn onto a weft/track, it must be securely anchored and knotted by the braider. If it isn’t tied in tightly and consistently, strands can slip out over time. The hair itself isn’t what causes shedding; it comes down to how well the hair is secured during the install and how it’s handled during maintenance.

With proper care, tangling should be minimal. Like your natural hair, human hair can tangle if it becomes dry, has product buildup, or isn’t detangled correctly. We recommend following our care and maintenance guidelines.

We do our best to represent each texture and shade accurately. Because this is real hair, natural variation is normal, especially in textured and multi-tonal shades. Once installed, the overall look will remain consistent with the texture you selected.
